- Use die with GO! Fabric Cutter (55100) or GO! Baby Fabric Cutter (55300) only

Organize GO! dies with AccuQuilt GO! Die Storage Rack (55115).Die Tips:
- With some fabrics, after cutting, a thread or two will remain where die blades meet. Snip threads with scissors.
- Use cutting mats that matches size of each die.
- For best results, cut with die blades running under roller at an angle. Do not cut with blades parallel to roller.
- Blades on some dies are positioned at an angle. Align fabric to edge of shape, not edge of die board.
- Some dies feature specially designed corners to aid in alignment and pre-cutting.
- For fast applique, apply fusible web to fabrics, then cut shapes with dies.
- Use good quality fabric to reduce fabric stretch.
- It's always a good idea to test cut one shape before cutting many shapes to ensure fabric orientation is correct.
Care & Maintenance: Use adhesive lint roller to clean lint and thread from dies. After each use, with the die pick provided with the cutter, remove any threads imbedded between blades and foam. It's normal for threads to get caught where blades meet in a die. Remove with tweezers or die pick. Die blades never need to be sharpened.
Warranty: AccuQuilt GO! dies are guaranteed for one year.

Overall Rating I got this cat and the different sizes for my studio cutter too. Although I'm a confessed dog lover :0 , my grown kids have a mixture of cats and dogs so I plan lots of projects. I bought this die for my sister too!

Overall Rating Combined this fantastic die with the equally fantastic Gingham dog die to make a fantastic quilt. Really turned out nice. Never could have done this without the dies. They are truly fantastic !

Overall Rating I have combined this die shape with the gingham dog and the baby duck and bear to applique on fleece blankets for children. I cut a contrasting animal shape to the color background and applique each on by machine in the corners. Then I add a contrasting band of fleece by just butting the edges together and using a multiple zigzag or stretch stitch to connect them before I zigzag or serge around the outside edges. The variety of colors of fleece make this a fun project.

Overall Rating I bought both the Calico Cat and Gingham Dog dies because I wanted to use them both, along with an embroidery of that old poem about "The Gingham Dog and the Calico Cat". Well, after searching for it on the 'Net, and re-reading it, I think I'll just use the cute dies for a children's quilt...the poem is surprisingly violent. I didn't remember that.
But the dies are just TOO cute!! And I'm playing with the idea of using different sized circles to make a mouse.(Posted on 8/17/12)

Overall Rating I am trying to get this shape in my software program so I can digitize it and embroidery it with my embroidery program. This is an excellent die cut for our animal rescue organizations. I am still waiting for the horse.

Overall Rating I know this might sound strange but I made a quilt for my cat using this die, she was sitting in my sewing room on my half made projects so I decided to make a quilt to put on top of those items for her to sit on rather than my items that were in progress, it turned out so cute I showed it to my sister and she wanted me to make one for her cats so now I have made 2 both for cats :)

Overall Rating This is a cute die pattern. It can be used in several patterns, although it is rather specific. But, the die sure beats cutting out each kitty!
