Features and Benefits:
Lay die flat inside tray with FOAM
SIDE UP. Place fabric on top of
die. If desired, fan fold fabric to
cut multiple layers. Check
orientation of fabric for cutting
non-symmetrical shapes. Place
cutting plastic on top of fabric.
Push die, tray and plastic until
they contact roller. Turn handle
in the direction you want die to
go. If needed, continue pushing
until roller grabs die. Roll die
and tray through cutter.
Remove cutting plastic and
fabric. Occasionally, threads
may need to be snipped
where cutting blades meet
on the die. Repeat process
from opposite direction.

Care & Maintenance: Cutter For best results, always keep your Studio cutter clean and lint free. To clean the cutter inside and out, use a soft dry cloth. Avoid abrasives, solvents and spray cleaners. If necessary, wipe with a damp cloth, then polish with a dry cloth. Use canned air to clear lint from roller area. The steel roller never needs replacing and withstands years of die cutting use. Please note: Some assembly is required when first setting up your Studio Fabric Cutter.
Care & Maintenance: Dies Use adhesive roller to clean lint and thread from dies. After each use, with the die pick provided with the cutter, remove any threads imbedded between blades and foam. It's normal for threads to get caught where blades meet in a die. Remove with tweezers or die pick. Die blades never need to be sharpened.
Warranty: AccuQuilt Studio Fabric Cutters have a lifetime guarantee. If you experience any defects in material or workmanship, simply notify AccuQuilt and we will repair or replace the cutter at no charge. All cutter die trays and cutting plastic are consumable parts and are not covered by the warranty. Replace trays annually depending on use. All Studio dies are guaranteed for one year.

Deciding between the Studio and GO! cutter? I bought the Studio - it's a workhorse, and have never regretted it. Cuts through multiple layers of flannel like butter. Don't have to hold the cylinder down like you do with the Go. I worried that I wouldn't use it before I purchased it, now I plan my quilts around my Studio and sew as quickly as I can.. I use it only for personal use (rather than as a shop owner) but bought it when it was on sale ($399). I told my husband - it's like comparing your F350 Ford Diesel truck to a little Mazda truckette! He laughed but he understood. I have another 20, maybe 30 years of quiltmaking .... I'll use it! Weeeeeee what fun!

The handle turns so easily with very little effort. I love being able to cut so many pieces accurately in a very short amount of time.

We got the Studio cutter and it helped us make over 400 quilts in under 3 months. This is a real work horse. It is very heavy so hard to move from place to place, but once you have it where you want it, it cuts like a dream and will make your production go quickly. You should really invest if you have a guild or charity quilt group.

I don't know how I ever did my job with out this machine. This is saving me hours upon hours of cutting out fabric. It's also saving my hands from cramping pain I was having from over use of scissors. This machine is worth every penny I spent!

I put the Studio together and I let my husband cut the first fabric. He was amazed at how easy it was. He said "Hey I can do this!" He might even become a part time employee. I can't wait to get started on cutting kits and doing retreats with this cutter. I think it will be a great asset to my company.

I got the Studio several years ago and LOVE IT! I have the GO! cutter too, but it is more limited. The Studio cutter cuts lots and lots of pieces at once. It is one of the best purchases I have ever made in my quilting area stuff.
