Storage: Store Studio dies in AccuQuilt die storage cases or storage racks.
Care & Maintenance: Use adhesive roller to clean lint and thread from dies. After each use, with the die pick provided with the cutter, remove any threads imbedded between blades and foam. It's normal for threads to get caught where blades meet in a die. Remove with tweezers or die pick. Die blades never need to be sharpened.
Die Tips:
- With some fabrics, after cutting, a thread or two will remain where die blades meet. Snip threads with scissors.
- Use cutting plastic that matches size of each die.
- For best results, cut with die blades running under roller at an angle. Do not cut with blades parallel to roller.
- Blades on some dies are positioned at an angle. Align fabric to edge of shape, not edge of die board.
- Some dies feature specially designed corners to aid in alignment and pre-cutting.
- For fast applique, apply fusible web to fabrics, then cut shapes with dies.
- Use good quality fabric to reduce fabric stretch.
- It's always a good idea to test cut one shape before cutting many shapes to ensure fabric orientation is correct.

Overall Rating I absolutely love this set! It cuts through thick flannel and batting effortlessly. Rag quilting has never been easier with the pre-cut fringe and now with the corners cut off it is even easier. I am thrilled with this set and having the batting dies as well make rag quilting a dream. the only criticism I have for this set is that the small rag dies are singles instead of two's.

Overall Rating I bought this rag die set when I bought my Studio cutter. The precut fringe saves hours of cutting time, not to mention the hand pain that goes along with having to cut the fringe with scissors.

Overall Rating Every cut is exact and without any shifting of the fabric. If you have any hand or wrist issues you will love this die as there is no hand fatigue or pain when using this die. I have made several baby quilts for future grandchildren. The quilts turned out beautifully. Everyone that has seen them has been amazed that a machine can cut all the fringes. I would love to see a 6 1/2 inch strip cutter in fringe for long borders on the quilts. I currently use the rectangle die for a pieced border which looks great. This is one of my favorite die sets.

Overall Rating I love to make rag quilts. Rag quilt is cozy and easy to make. I do agree it is a bit hard to clean out the threads but the ready cut fringes is one brilliant feature. I just love this the die set with the endless design possibilities..

Overall Rating Wow and WOW again. I purchased this as my very first die set with my machine. I was a novice quilter and saw a rag quilt in a shop and loved it. My first rag quilt was nice but took forever to cut the strips, then came this die set and my die machine. I have made over 4 quilts with this die set and loved every one of them. The cut fringe makes life easy and the designs are endless. I made a quilt for my daughter that has an embroidered Dragon in the center on both sides and the rag look on the rest of the quilt and it was wonderful. What can I say, life is easy when you have this die set. No one will be disappointed. I love how it can be added to regular quilt blocks to enhance the designs.

Overall Rating I make rag quilts for local charities and have suffered with blisters, aching hands and cramps in my hands and arms. NO LONGER! Not only do these dies do all the tiresome work they are built extremely well. My husband was extremely impressed with the quality of these dies. I've now got a New helper, as he loves using the cutter.

Overall Rating This set is a little different now, but I have used my rag dies over and over. I cut 6 layers of flannel with ease, they are all cut perfect and easy to sew together. Before I had the die cutter I would end up with blisters cutting the fringes, now they are cut for me.
