Description

Die Specifications:

  • Compatible with: Studio Fabric Cutter (50800)
  • Required: Jumbo Cutting Plastic (PK233)
  • Cuts one 7 1/2"W x 9"H (19 cm x 23 cm) pennant shape

Storage: Store Studio dies in AccuQuilt die storage cases or storage racks.

Die Tips:

  • With some fabrics, after cutting, a thread or two will remain where die blades meet. Snip threads with scissors.
  • Use cutting plastic that matches size of each die.
  • For best results, cut with die blades running under roller at an angle. Do not cut with blades parallel to roller.
  • Blades on some dies are positioned at an angle. Align fabric to edge of shape, not edge of die board.
  • Some dies feature specially designed corners to aid in alignment and pre-cutting.
  • For fast applique, apply fusible web to fabrics, then cut shapes with dies.
  • Use good quality fabric to reduce fabric stretch.
  • It's always a good idea to test cut one shape before cutting many shapes to ensure fabric orientation is correct.

Care & Maintenance: Use adhesive roller to clean lint and thread from dies. After each use, with the die pick provided with the cutter, remove any threads imbedded between blades and foam. It's normal for threads to get caught where blades meet in a die. Remove with tweezers or die pick. Die blades never need to be sharpened.

Warranty: AccuQuilt Studio dies are guaranteed for one year.

WOW!!! - I love my newest die - now I can 10 triangles cut at one time - cutting with a rotary blade was time consuming - Hubby picked up this die for me and I am loving it - now I can make some DIY personalized banner kits and send them off to other peeps -
- AQ it would be GREAT if you can make a die with 2 of this size on one die - so I can use a layer cake squares

I am on the Baby Shower Committee at our church, and have purchased this die to make buntings with the baby's name. The new moms love it and gladly take it home to decorate their nursery. Accurately cut and the perfect size.

I have used this die to make a large kaleidoscope block. It finishes 16 inches. This is wonderful for making king size quilts! Fun and so accurate!

It may only be Spring but I'm making Christmas bunting with fabric left over from last season using this die and the Go alphabet die with the adapter. it's so simple to do and looks great. I've got plans for more bunting for family birthdays, New Year, Fourth of July, summer garden decoration....endless possibilities!

Many uses Review by Charity

I'm not a quilter, I'm a crafter. But anyone can get many different size pennants from this die. I simply put a strip of tape inside the triangle at the height I want my pennant. Then just line up the top of your material at the tape and cut. I make different sizes of bunting from fabric, oilcloth and paper this way. My most-used die at the moment!
