I've had my tray for quite a while now but it has only seen light use. Has held up well even when not treated as well as it should be. Is sturdy and runs through my rollers very easily. I plan on purchasing an additional one to have on hand just in case. When my original wears out I'll use the 2nd and purchase a 3rd and so forth. This way I'll never be out a tray!

We have been using our studio for four years now and have had the tray replaced three times. We do put it through a lot of use cutting 100 BOM kits each month. The tray seems to bend in the middle and then has trouble running through the rollers smoothly. Our first tray had grooves cut in it that chewed up the rollers. I was glad to see Accuquilt stop putting the cuts in the tray bottom. I'm now buying another tray.
