I am having trouble getting accurate cuts. I layer 4 layers- think that is my problem.

I have a brand new Go cutter and 2 1.5 in. die cutter. How do I prepare the 45" fabric to cut the strips and not have much waste?

when cutting only one shape, are you to cover the other dies with scrap material? if not will the blades become blunt??

Answer: You do not need to cover the rest of the die shapes, they will not become blunt. The blades are designed for cutting fabric and will last you a lifetime of quilting.
