Renee Thomas Jacobs 
Chief Executive Officer

I eagerly joined Tek Brands in 2022 and am delighted to lead this next chapter of growth and opportunity. I have been leading meaningful lifestyle brands since 1990 and love the genuine interaction between Customers, Team Members and Suppliers when we all care passionately about the product, how it’s used and how we can innovate to enhance all our lives through creativity, productivity, and joyful living.

While my professional background is diverse – women’s athletic apparel, wine-country living, automotive parts, and flooring – my management philosophy has been consistent. I believe in listening to our customers carefully to ensure we are providing real solutions and value. I believe suppliers in our ecosystem need to be partners as we are invested in each other’s success. I believe in transparent leadership and strive to run company with as much candor to our employees as possible. I understand that leadership is as much about learning and adapting quickly as it is about having knowledge and answers.

Lastly, I believe business is a team sport and I love all aspects of it: coaching, learning, talent recruitment, setting strategy, studying statistics, revising tactics, and calling the occasional “audible.”

On a personal note, I am blessed with a spouse of 20 years and two teenage boys. I enjoy cooking and entertaining with my family and competing in running events and obstacle course races. I am also looking forward to my new quilting hobby!

Lynn Gibney 
Chief Brand & Product Officer

Since 1998, I have held various marketing and creative positions of increasing responsibility within AccuQuilt. Now serving as Chief Brand & Product Officer, I am responsible for all omni-channel marketing efforts, marketing vision and strategy, and product development. My passion is in building brands through innovative marketing strategies and exceptional customer service.

Additionally, I have been instrumental in creating the AccuQuilt GO!® and Studio™ brand identities and spearheading the launch of the GO! Big® electric fabric cutter, GO! Qube® boxed sets, GO! Block on Board® (BOB®) dies and GO! Me® Easy Fabric Project Maker.

Outside of work, I am an artist at heart who can be found outdoors exploring with camera in hand or contemplating composition and color in one of my many unfinished quilting or design projects.

Jill Repp 
Vice President Sales & Marketing

It’s truly an honor to have been part of the creative industry for the past 30 years, with a career focused on quilting, sewing and crafting products. When the opportunity arose for AccuQuilt to merge with June Tailor, Inc., I immediately recognized the potential and synergy this collaboration would bring to our industry.

During my time at June Tailor, I’ve been dedicated to carrying on June's mission and her passion for developing cutting, pressing, and piecing tools that empower sewists to achieve professionally finished results in their projects. Fabric preparation and cutting are of utmost importance in the quilting process, and I'm excited to now offer a combined product line that will assist retailers and sewists in achieving quick, easy and precise cuts, allowing them to focus on the enjoyable part of quilt construction.

My passion lies in creating excellent tools and notions that enhance the quilting experience, bringing satisfaction to the entire process. I consider myself fortunate to be part of an industry that thrives on creating handmade treasures that brighten our lives and homes.

Throughout this creative journey, I’ve had the unwavering support of my husband of 32 years and our son and daughter, who have all contributed their ideas to new product developments. Together, we enjoy activities such as golf, skiing, fishing and cooking, cherishing the time spent as a family.

Robin Rogge, CPA 
Vice President Finance

As the Vice President of Finance at TekBrands, I oversee critical functions including accounting, business support, financial planning and analysis, treasury, investor relations, external audits and reporting. Since joining the company in 2023, I've had the privilege of collaborating closely with the senior leadership team.

With over 30 years of experience, I have a proven track record of building and leading finance teams in global, manufacturing, and distribution companies with significant scale and complexity. Before TekBrands, I served as the Vice President of Finance at BuyAutoParts and as a Divisional Controller at Siemens Wastewater Technologies.

My journey began with a bachelor's degree in accounting from San Diego State University, followed by eight years in public accounting. I transitioned into private accounting as a Controller for one of my clients, expanding my expertise in finance and business processes over the last 22 years. At Siemens, I managed complex global contracts, and at BuyAutoParts, I played a key role in a successful private equity transition, leading due diligence activities and reporting.

As a professionally trained CPA, I take pride in my accomplishments and am passionate about mentorship. I value and respect diverse perspectives, ideas and feelings. Outside of the finance world, my hobbies include crocheting and cooking. I'm also an avid bowler, participating in local and national tournaments.

Beyond my professional life, I celebrate a 30-year marriage and take joy in the success of my three adult children. Downtime for me involves beach outings, where I relish beautiful sunsets and the soothing sounds of the waves.
