Flaky Snowmen Rag Quilt features appliquéd snowflake faces on fringed rag squares combined with fringed four patch blocks. The quilt front combines flannel and homespun fabric that fray nicely. The back is soft flannel. A layer of white flannel between the top and bottom layers peaks through the fringed seams like snow. Rotary cutting directions and template patterns are provided. Elements of this quilt can be die cut using the AccuQuilt Studio or GO! Fabric Cutters and dies that pre-cut the fringe on the edges of the squares.

Kay Gentry has been designing AccuQuilt dies and patterns to use the dies since 2003. She has 78 patterns and a book, "Chisel Chase", that show creative ways to combine die shapes.
