Die Specifications:
- Use die with GO! Fabric Cutter (55100) or GO! Baby Fabric Cutter (55300) only
- Required: GO! Cutting Mat-6" x 12" (55112)
- Cuts each:
- two 1/2"W x 2 1/2"W (6.4 cm x 6.4 cm) triangles
- two 1 1/2"W x 1 1/2"W (3.8 cm x 3.8 cm) triangles
- two 1"W x 1"H (2.5 cm x 2.5 cm) triangles.
Storage: 6" x 12" Die Board (15.2 cm x 30.5 cm). Organize GO! dies with AccuQuilt GO! Die Storage Rack (55115).
Die Tips:
- With some fabrics, after cutting, a thread or two will remain where die blades meet. Snip threads with scissors.
- Use cutting mats that matches size of each die.
- For best results, cut with die blades running under roller at an angle. Do not cut with blades parallel to roller.
- Blades on some dies are positioned at an angle. Align fabric to edge of shape, not edge of die board.
- Some dies feature specially designed corners to aid in alignment and pre-cutting.
- For fast applique, apply fusible web to fabrics, then cut shapes with dies.
- Use good quality fabric to reduce fabric stretch.
- It's always a good idea to test cut one shape before cutting many shapes to ensure fabric orientation is correct.
Care & Maintenance: Use adhesive lint roller to clean lint and thread from dies. After each use, with the die pick provided with the cutter, remove any threads imbedded between blades and foam. It's normal for threads to get caught where blades meet in a die. Remove with tweezers or die pick. Die blades never need to be sharpened.

Overall Rating These are made to use with the hexagon, but I use the 2 larger sizes alone for scrap quilts. Great way to use those really small pieces!

Overall Rating Makes the perfect stars when teamed up with the go hexagon die! Very dramatic results. This die has two triangles on it so you cut twice as much at a time. I used this die for my stars, I had 8 layers of fabric and it came out with32 pieces in no time at all I cut 176 triangles for my project.

Overall Rating This die is so easy to use with Hexies, but I've also found it fun to use on its own to make Mug Rugs with scraps.
I'd actually love to see some larger Equilateral Triangles, to make blocks with. Fun die.

Overall Rating I have been cutting my triangles by hand with an acrylic template, which works but is pretty slow. This can be used for Thousand Pyramids, 6-pointed stars, and yet another way to turn small scraps into useful quilt pieces.

Overall Rating Great for kaleidoscope quilts, I can cut 6 layers at a time on the Baby and it doesn't shift the fabrics. Also the shapes go with the hexagon die. What we need next: the diamond shapes that match this die!

Overall Rating Even the small one sews accurately. I do wish there more than two of each size on the die. Cutting a huge quantity would be faster.
