At AccuQuilt, we love innovation. We’re always inspired by the creativity of designers, makers and problem-solvers who see new ways to serve quilters and crafters.

To ensure ideas are reviewed fairly and efficiently—and to protect both creators and our brands—we ask that all unsolicited product ideas be submitted exclusively through the form below. Ideas sent by email, mail, or other channels cannot be accepted or reviewed.

How It Works

If you have a concept, design, or proposal you’d like us to consider, please submit it using this portal.

This process helps us:

Review ideas consistently across our brands
Avoid misunderstandings around intellectual property
Respect the originality and ownership of your work

What to Submit

You may submit concepts related to quilting, sewing, crafting or related tools and accessories, including:

Product ideas or concepts
Die or design proposals
Sketches, drawings or visual concepts
Process improvements or new-use ideas

Submissions should be conceptual and high-level. We are unable to accept confidential or proprietary information.

Unsolicited Idea Submission Policy (Summary)

Submissions must be made through this portal only. Ideas sent via email, mail, or other methods will be destroyed and not reviewed.

Submissions are considered non-confidential. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information.

You represent that any creative material you submit is your original work, has not been copied, assigned, or licensed to another party, and does not infringe on existing intellectual property.

We are not obligated to review, return, or acknowledge receipt of submissions.

If a submission is of interest, we may contact you to discuss a potential licensing arrangement. Your creative material will not be used without a separate written agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not submit an idea.

Unsolicited Idea Submission Policy

Qraftful and its affiliated entities and brands, including AccuQuilt, Arrow Sewing, June Tailor, AccuCut, Custom Shape Pros, and MemoryStitch (collectively, the “Qraftful Companies,” “we,” or “us”) do not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, suggestions, proposals, or materials, including quilting or craft die designs, shapes, patterns, drawings, artwork, images, or other creative works (collectively, “Submissions”) unless they are submitted via our Idea Submission Portal at [LINK] with the creator’s name, contact information, and acknowledgement of the terms below. Submissions delivered via any other means of delivery (for example, by email or mail) will be destroyed and not reviewed.

The intent of this policy is to outline the terms governing the Qraftful Companies’ use of Submissions properly submitted through the Idea Submission Portal and to avoid misunderstandings or disputes when our products, services, marketing, or other projects might seem similar to any Submissions provided to us.

If you send Submissions to us, whether in accordance with this policy or not, the following terms shall apply, regardless of what your communication states. You agree that:

The Qraftful Companies will consider the Submissions to be non-confidential.
If your Submission includes any design, pattern, drawing, artwork, image, or other creative work (collectively, “Creative Material”), you represent and warrant that the Creative Material was created by you, is original (not copied from another’s work), and has not been assigned, transferred, or licensed to any other person or entity. You have taken reasonable steps to ensure that the Creative Material does not already exist in the public domain or infringe upon any proprietary artworks or intellectual property rights of others.
The Qraftful Companies will have no obligation concerning the Submissions, including no obligation to review the Submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the Submissions. However, should any Submission be reviewed and contain Creative Material of interest to the Qraftful Companies, we may contact you to discuss a potential licensing arrangement, including appropriate compensation. We will not use, reproduce, distribute, or publish your Creative Material without a separate written license agreement between you and the applicable Qraftful Company.
