    CONTEST RULES

    AccuQuilt, makers of the revolutionary GO! Fabric Cutter, will choose one lucky winner to receive a Grand Prize valued at more than $8,000! The prize package includes an all-expenses-paid trip to AccuQuilt Corporate Headquarters for the unveiling of the winner’s block on the 17-ft. sign on Sept. 18, 2018. Contest prize packages include prizes from Handi Quilter, Quilt in a Day, Craftsy, Aurifil Thread, QT Fabrics, Northcott Fabrics, Camelot Fabrics, Moda, Timeless Treasures, Dear Stella, Riley Blake, Shannon Fabrics, The Quilting Company, American Patchwork & Quilting, Marcus Brothers, Island Batik and Andover Fabrics. Winners will be contacted on or before Aug. 31, 2018.     PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected by a panel of AccuQuilt’s management and our honorary guest judge, Eleanor Burns, from among all eligible entries received on or before 11:59 pm CST, Aug. 31, 2018, under the supervision of AccuQuilt, LLC (Sponsor). The potential winner will be notified by phone and/or mail and email. The Grand Prize Winner will receive a prize package with an aggregate value of $8,703 consisting of:

     

    • AccuQuilt Reward Points ($500 value)
    • Round-trip airfare for two (2), the winner and a guest, from the winner’s home to Omaha, Neb. for the unveiling of their design at the AccuQuilt corporate offices. Expenses for transportation to and from the unveiling site are also included. The unveiling is scheduled to occur Sept. 18, 2018. AccuQuilt reserves the right to change unveiling date. If winner is located less than 300 miles from Omaha, alternate transportation than airfare will be provided. ($1,000 estimated value)

    Seven (7) Honorable Mention Winners will be selected by a panel of AccuQuilt management and our guest judge, Eleanor Burns, from all eligible entries received on or before 11:59 pm CST, Aug. 31, 2018, under the supervision of AccuQuilt, LLC (Sponsor). Potential winners will be notified by phone and/or mail and email. Each Honorable Mention Winner will receive one prize package with an aggregate value of $358 per package. Each package consists of:

    WINNER SELECTION: One (1) Grand Prize Winner, one (1) Runner-Up Prize Winner, one (1) Fan’s Choice Prize Winner and seven (7) Honorable Mention Winners will be selected among all eligible entries received on or before 11:59 pm CST, Aug. 31, 2018, under the supervision of Sponsor. The Grand Prize Winner will receive a prize package valued at approximately $8,700. The Runner-Up Prize Winner will receive a prize package valued at approximately $2,900 and Fan’s Choice Prize Winner will receive a prize package valued at approximately $2,100.

     

    Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes (or portions thereof) for prizes of equal or greater value if prizes (or portions thereof) cannot be awarded as described. Maximum file size is 50 MB.  Entries must be a unique design. Entrants may not use a copyrighted design. There is no cost to register or enter.

     

    ODDS of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

     

    ELIGIBILITY: Legal residents of the 50 United States and Canada (except Quebec province residents) who are 21 years of age or older are eligible to enter, except employees of Sponsor and any other organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement or promotion of the contest and/or their respective agents, affiliates, subsidiaries and members of their immediate families or persons residing at the same address.

    DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Except where prohibited, by participating entrants agree that: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant(s) and Sponsor and its agents, shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction. Entrants agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the State of Nebraska, and entrants hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.     GENERAL: Except where prohibited by law: (i) entry constitutes permission to use winners’ entry, name, hometown, voice, likeness, photograph and any statements regarding this sweepstakes for editorial, public relations, promotional and advertising purposes on behalf of Sponsor without compensation; (ii) potential winners may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability/Publicity within ten (10) days of notification or an alternate winner may be selected by alternative means, which may include, but are not limited to, a random drawing. If winner notification is returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner may be selected by alternative means, which may include, but are not limited to, a random drawing.
