Cancel or Change Order

We strive to ship all orders as soon as possible. You may cancel or change any items from an order up until the items enter the shipping process.

If the item you wish to remove from your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return the item subject to the Return and Exchange Policy.

In order to request a cancellation or change to your order, please call Customer Service at 888.258.7913. Customer Service hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, Monday - Friday. To ensure timely processing of your cancellation, please do not send your request via e-mail.

Note: Custom dies are made specific to a customer's request and may not be cancelled or changed once the order is placed.
