Patriotic Table Runner

Hi, Bea here from Beaquilter. I'll be showing you a quick and easy patriotic table runner, which is great for any patriotic day! It's made using the 8" Qube set and the new GO! Qube 8" Companion Set.

 

Materials needed:

GO! Qube Mix & Match 8" Block Set

GO! Qube 8" Companion Set

red fabric

blue fabric

white fabric

In EQ7 I designed this simple runner that will be 8" x 24"

 

 

From the QUBE sets I used #2, #4, #5,#6, #8 and #10

 

 

With #2 die I cut out 4 blue squares

with #4 die I cut out 4 blue triangles

with #5 die I cut out 12 white, 4 blue and 4 red triangles

with #6 die I cut out 1 red square

with #8 I cut out 4 red and 4 blue rectangles

with #10 I cut out 4 white signature shapes

 

 

then I sewed the pieces together following the EQ sketch

 

 

then quilted it and added binding

 

 

It was a super fast and easy project! I was pretty much done in a few hours or less (with interruptions from the kiddos)
