A Fast & Easy Fall Table Runner

Hi everyone! I am Elizabeth, one half of the duo of sisters-in-law who blog at Simple Simon and Company. We are two girls that married brothers and ended up with the same name. Aside from sharing the same name, we also share a love of sewing, quilting, crafting and the art of homemaking.

Today I am here with an easy sew project with this 3 step Fall Table Runner that you can make in an afternoon. And it will get your house ready for all your upcoming holiday parties. I love that the AccuQuilt fabric cutters makes it an even faster project with the felted wool because the wool doesn't fray and also gives a great texture to the table runner.

Step 1: Run all the felted wool through your AccuQuilt Fabric Cutter to make your leaves and https://www.accuquilt.com/shop/go-fall-medley.htmlacorns to put on the table runner. I used about 20 total leaves and acorns from the GO! Fall Medley die  for this project.

Step 2: Pin your leaves on your table runner....make sure that you have the leaves facing all different directions so your table runner will look good from all angles.

Step 3: Stitch the felted wool leaves and acorns into place on the linen table runner. I used a light tan thread to match the linen and make some contrast to the wool but you could also use matching thread.

Repeat step 3 for all the leaves on the table runner and you are done!
