The Best Hot Cocoa Mix Ever
- 1 - 8 quart box of dry milk
- 30 oz. carton of powdered chocolate drink mix
- 8 oz. powdered coffee creamer
- 2-3 cups powdered sugar
Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl or roasting pan. Store in airtight containers. To make cocoa, place ⅓ cup of the mix into mug and add ¾ cup of boiling water. Stir to dissolve. Great toppings include marshmallows, whipped cream, crushed peppermint and sprinkles. Some adults might enjoy the extra warmth of a little Irish cream liqueur or peppermint schnapps added to their cup.
