2024 has been a year full of creative new products, fun projects and more, hasn’t it? This has been our first full year of having all three of our brands together – AccuQuilt, June Tailor and Arrow Furniture, and we’ve been loving every minute of being able to help our customers cut, craft, sew and quilt longer more comfortably than ever before.
GO! Cutter Innovations
This year, we introduced two new features to our cutter category, starting with the exciting introduction of the GO! Big Die Catcher. Quilters had clamored for this ever since the GO! Big was first introduced, and it has been a winner all around! The sleek design matches the GO! Big perfectly while still being lightweight, easy to take with you and easy to store. Beyond that, it opens to provide storage space for the power source, with slots for the cords on either side.

Our next exciting cutter innovation for the year was adding smoother rolling action to the GO! Me. The GO! Me was already the perfect cutter for getting started with fabric die cutting, for crafting, travel and for new and/or young quilters, but this smoother rolling action makes it even better. It still comes with two dies, a cutting mat and a free pattern booklet, so 2024 became the perfect time to get started cutting with AccuQuilt.
New Licensed Designer Dies
This year we welcomed some exciting new licensed designer dies into our AccuQuilt family from TipStitched, Janine Lecour and Chris Marchini of Rose City Originals. TipStitched is known for her clothing designs and brought that flair to us with the GO! Paper Doll and GO! Paper Doll Clothes dies. Janine Lecour is a freelance surface pattern designer who’s fresh and joyful designs can be found on Spoonflower and also in her work for brands like Anthropologie. This year, we welcomed three dies from Janine – the GO! Pineapple, GO! Mushroom Medley and GO! Lemon dies that all show off her sense of whimsy.

Last but certainly not least, we welcomed the GO! Quilted Trucker Hat die by Chris Marchini of Rose City Originals. Chris is an up and coming designer and social media personality who’s known for creating his own shirts and hats. You may also know Chris as part of our AccuQuilt Live team at Noon CT on Wednesdays where he co-hosts alongside Pam Heller.
Applique Fun
We introduced so many fun and popular applique dies this year, that anyone would be hard pressed to pick just one favorite – including me, so I’m going to highlight a few of my personal favorites from 2024, starting with the GO! Sewing Machine. I mean, we’re quilters, right? The free patterns available for this die are just a sampling of what you can do with it. Personally, I’m thinking of using it for a new window valance in my sewing studio!

If we learned anything at all this year, it’s that quilts and cats go together! Quilters and crafters were so excited when we launched the GO! Kitten die earlier this year that it sold out almost as quickly as our GO! Tractor die did. It’s hard to pick which one was a bigger hit, so I decided to celebrate both, along with the fantastic free patterns our designers dreamed up for them both. What could be better? Don’t forget all the amazing downloadable machine embroidery designs available to work with these great shapes, including free outline designs.
Projects Galore
2024 saw us introduce some great project dies that you love as much as we do. At the top of the list has to be our GO! Bucket Hat die. We love making hats galore, perfect for protection from the sun or adding a bit of stylish flair to your look. They’re also unique items to share with others as gifts or at craft fairs.

Speaking of gifts and craft fairs, the GO! Mini Oven Mitt and GO! Towel Topper dies are perfect for both as well. The GO! Mini Oven Mitt makes a perfect companion to our original GO! Oven Mitt die, and a matching towel with the GO! Towel Topper is like the cherry on top! The GO! Towel Topper die marks our first product collaboration with June Tailor. You can use the die to cut the batting from the June Tailor Hanging Towel kit along with the toweling from the kit. These are so fun to make you’ll soon be whipping them up for every season of the year!
Exciting Extras
This fall, we brought out two great products that every quilter and AccuQuilt owner needs, starting with AccuQuilt Anti-Static Spray. This is the solution that we’ve all needed to cut down static while die cutting, and it works like a charm! The second is not only smart but eco-friendly – one liter refill bottles for Starch Savvy, which is such a joy to work with. Starch Savvy gives your fabric just the right amount of “body” to make cutting and piecing any project a dream.

What's Ahead?
As we wind up such an exciting year, it’s not hard to let your mind wander to what’s ahead for the new year. Exciting new products? Count on it! You’ll not only continue meeting a fun new product monthly with our GO! Die to Try™ Program, but new surprises from all our brands – AccuQuilt, June Tailor and Arrow Furniture throughout 2025!
